Where sessions take place


1-to-1 sessions
Private sessions are available by appointment from my wellbeing space within 2A Studios in Redditch, Worcestershire.

Group sessions & gatherings
These take place at carefully chosen venues around Worcestershire. You’ll find the location and all the practical details on each event before you book.


Online sessions
Online meditations and drop-in sessions take place via Zoom, so you can join from wherever you feel comfortable.

Absolutely. Quietly Grounded is designed to be welcoming to beginners. You don’t need any previous experience and there’s nothing you need to practice beforehand.

No. Having thoughts during meditation is completely normal. Mindfulness isn’t about switching your brain off , it’s about learning to notice what’s happening with a little more awareness.

No. Most sessions can be enjoyed comfortably seated in a chair. Where different positions are offered, you’ll always be encouraged to choose what feels comfortable and appropriate for you.

Whatever you’re comfortable in. There’s no special clothing or equipment required.

Yes. There will be pay-as-you-go options, so you can try Quietly Grounded without committing to a membership or block of sessions.

Online sessions take place via Zoom. You’ll receive the joining information after booking. You can join from somewhere comfortable at home, and there’s no pressure to speak or have your camera on.

I understand that plans change. Our cancellation and rescheduling terms will be clearly shown before you book and can also be found in the Booking & Cancellation Policy.

No. Quietly Grounded offers mindfulness, meditation and wellbeing sessions and isn’t a substitute for medical care, counselling or psychological therapy.

Absolutely. Lots of people do. Quietly Grounded is intended to be a friendly space where you don’t need to already know anyone.
